Del City Girls Basketball is accepting applications for an Assistant Girls Basketball Coach. The assistant coach will serve as the Freshman Coach. Applicants who are certified teachers and able to be in the building are preferred; however, anyone with coaching experience is encouraged to apply. The teaching field is open, and any teaching certification will be considered.

The Freshman Coach will be responsible primarily for the freshman team. This includes organizing and running freshman practices and coaching all freshman games. The position will focus mainly on the freshman team, with limited responsibilities with the JV and Varsity teams. Ideal candidates will have strengths in player development and teaching the fundamentals of the game.
