Girls Head Basketball Coach – Byng High School

Byng High School is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Girls Basketball Coach.

We are seeking a high-character leader who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a competitive program while emphasizing discipline, accountability, and positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:

Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate: English Preferred

Valid CDL or ability to obtain CDL

Knowledge of basketball fundamentals, player development, and program building

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to maintain positive relationships with athletes, parents, administration, and community

Commitment to academic success and character development of student-athletes

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the girls basketball program

Plan and conduct effective practices and game preparation

Promote a positive and disciplined team culture

Oversee player development at all levels

Represent the school and athletic program with professionalism
