My name is Mark Murphy. I currently live in Norman, Oklahoma with my wife and four daughters. I am a certified strength and conditioning
specialist and a specialist in sports nutrition. I have worked as the head of athletic performance at high schools in New Mexico, Colorado,
Texas, and here in Oklahoma. I have also coached the defensive line while working in Colorado and Oklahoma. I have had my strength and
conditioning certification and sports nutrition certification for over 10 years. I have sent football players on full-ride scholarships to D1
and D2 schools like Michigan, Miami(OH), Columbia, CSU, CSU-Pueblo, and the Air Force Academy just to name a few.  In May of 2023 I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Abilene Christian University with my degree in Health and Human Performance and I just graduated from the University of Oklahoma with my master's in education with an emphasis in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration where I graduated with a 3.88 GPA. I feel that having a strength coach is an important part of athletics that I feel every school high school & College, needs to have.
I have worked with Administrations and college athletic performance coaches in the past. I believe that this is something that every high school needs to have just like they have athletic trainers. The places that have them and are thriving athletically not only in football but as an athletic department overall.
